What we collect
When you submit a booking request or the journey-planning form, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, nationality, travel dates and your message. If you subscribe to travel notes, we collect your email address. We do not ask for or store payment card details anywhere on this site.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your request, plan the journey you asked about, and — only if you opted in — send occasional travel notes. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Analytics and cookies
As of this writing, no analytics or advertising scripts are active on this site (see .env.example — the relevant IDs are unset). If that changes, optional analytics cookies will only load after you consent — see our Cookies Policy.
Data retention & your rights
TODO — retention periods and the formal process for access/correction/deletion requests will be finalized once the operating legal entity is confirmed. Until then, email us (see Contacts) with any request and we will act on it manually.
